Return Policy 

1.According to the Distance Selling Contract, any customer who has the capacity of a consumer may return the product in an undamaged merchantable condition without stating an objective reason for return within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The period runs from the moment of receipt of the goods (Article 50 of the Consumer Protection Act). Transport costs for the return of the goods are the obligation and responsibility of the customer. FUELAB LTD will not accept the return of goods sent by cash on delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, or to goods that by their nature may deteriorate or have a short shelf life.

  According to the Distance Selling Contract, each customer has the right to return the purchased products in an undamaged commercial condition, without providing an objective reason for doing so, within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, the costs of returning the order to FUELAB LTD shall be borne by the customer, upon exercise of the right of withdrawal under Article 55, paragraph 2 of the CPA. FUELAB LTD will not accept delivery of returned products that are sent COD.

1.1 Other grounds for cancellation of the distance contract by the customer are:

1.2 Damaged packaging - The customer may request replacement of the goods if they are found to be in poor merchantable condition. In this case, the cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Seller. Upon acceptance of the goods, by the Customer, and within 24 hours the Customer fails to notify FUELAB LTD in writing or by telephone of any identified damage to the relevant products, they shall be deemed to have been received in good merchantable condition. In such a case FUELAB LTD shall not be obliged to replace the products concerned.

1.3 Confused goods on delivery. If the customer discovers that the goods delivered by the courier are different from those he ordered, he may return them to the courier so that the correct ones can be sent to him. The cost of delivery shall be borne by the Seller.

1.4 The Customer shall inform the Seller of his intention to return the goods purchased or to withdraw from the distance contract, stating his decision unequivocally by written communication by email, within the time limit specified. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must use the form for exercising the right of withdrawal. If the 14 day period for returning product is not complied with, or the product is returned without the Customer having notified the Seller, the Seller shall not be obliged to refund the amounts paid by the Customer.

2.1 Goods should be returned to the warehouse of FUELAB Ltd. Stoyan Kambarev No.6, Sofia, Bulgaria, post code: 1700 for FUELAB Ltd. with an option to inspect in order to review the condition and compliance with the return conditions.

3. In the event that the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, FUELAB Ltd. is obliged to reimburse him in full the amounts paid no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the goods are accepted back in the warehouse of  FUELAB Ltd. The cost of returning the goods shall be deducted from the amount paid by the customer under the contract, unless the customer has returned the goods at his own expense and has notified the supplier thereof.

3.1 If, after the order has been dispatched, the customer decides that they do not wish to receive it, they must send it to FUELAB Ltd at their own expense. In this case, the customer is obliged to provide FUELAB Ltd with a valid tracking number of the shipped order.  FUELAB Ltd shall be obliged to refund the amount paid by the customer within 14 days, once it is satisfied that the consignment has been received back at the warehouse and the condition of the products is not impaired.

3.2 The Seller shall be entitled to delay the refund until receipt of the goods sold and shall not be liable for any consignments not delivered to its warehouse.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall pay the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the Seller has agreed to bear them or has informed the consumer that these costs are at his expense.

4. The refund shall be made by bank transfer to the account specified in the cancellation form. You can download the form HERE. If the payment was made by bank card or Paypal, the amount will be refunded to the card or account from which the payment was made.

5. If the customer exercises his right to withdraw from the distance contract, he must hand the goods back to FUELAB Ltd without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer has communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the consumer sends information about his/her decision to FUELAB Ltd in writing before the expiry of the 14 day period.

6. The replacement period due to technical malfunction of AA battery glass mixer cups is 14 calendar days, counted from the day of acceptance of the goods by the customer. The customer is obliged to provide a photograph or video of the technical malfunction or damage reported by the customer. FUELAB Ltd shall not be liable for damaged glass packaging if a damage report has not been made upon delivery. Please inspect shipments in the presence of the courier. After this period, FUELAB LTD has the right to refuse the return or exchange of these products. Borosilicate bottles and mixer cups as well as wooden whisks, straws, stirrers of FUELAB LTD are NOT dishwasher safe. FUELAB LTD is NOT responsible for any damage caused to the products after washing in a dishwasher.

7. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal from the distance, the customer is obliged to keep the goods received from the supplier, their quality and safety until their return.

8. In the event that goods ordered and prepaid by the customer cannot be delivered by the Seller, the latter will inform the customer of this and refund the amount paid, within 14 days from the date on which the Seller has established this fact or from the date on which the customer has expressed his desire to cancel the contract.

9. Conditions for return or exchange:

10. Customer must notify Seller in writing by email with a completed return form. In the event of a problem related to the products, the customer must provide photo or video material.

10.1 All goods must be in the same condition as when delivered, free from damage, in good merchantable condition and complete. Packaging must be sound, not torn, scratched or damaged;

10.2 If the goods were accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned;

10.3 If the customer wishes to return a product that was purchased as part of a promotional package, then the regular price of the products that remain (or the price of a promotional package if one with the same products is available) will be accepted as the new order price (a delivery charge will be added if the new order price is below the minimum for free delivery). The difference between the amount paid by the customer and the new order price will be refunded to the customer within 14 days once the customer returns the product back to FUELAB Ltd.

11. If the product is returned in an opened/used condition in which it cannot be sold as new, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund the amounts paid by the Customer on the order and the subsequent costs of returning the product.
