The road to FUELAB±

Over the past 14 years of living an active lifestyle in London, UК and later in the warmer climate of Bulgaria, I began to notice how my body was gradually suffering from a lack of proper hydration.

My life wasn’t just about exercise, it was defined by а constant pace, high expectations and ongoing drive to grow. In the rhythm of work and responsibilities, recovery and hydration often slipped into the background without me even realising, as I accepted fatigue as a “normal” part of ambition.

Over time, I understood that this lifestyle combined with stress and insufficient fluid intake was quietly draining my body’s resources. It started to affect not only my energy levels, but also my muscles, joints, and overall sense of balance. I found myself dealing with intense night-time leg cramps, shin splints, a clicking knee and clear signs of dehydration, signals I could no longer ignore.

Despite regular training and running, I frequently experienced muscle cramps and felt that my recovery was slower than it should be. Even when I wanted to drink more water, the pace of everyday life made it difficult to build consistent habits. That quiet, cumulative dehydration showed me I needed something that marries function with enjoyment, not another pill to take, but something that fits naturally into the rhythm of the day.

Travels and discoveries in Asia

Having traveled to Asia several times, mainly to Thailand and Singapore, I’ve encountered something extraordinary – the feeling of restoration through taste. In tropical regions, especially those with coconut water and natural extracts, I’ve discovered the power of nature, combining hydration and energy in one.

The idea of creating something that combined this natural effect with magnesium and electrolytes became the foundation of FUELAB±. It was my vision for a premium product that would not only restore my body, but would also make hydration an enjoyable experience.

Consulted with nutritionists, trainers and physiotherapists to create a product that truly responds to the needs of an active body. All products are free from artificial additives, preservatives, and sugars, using only the highest-quality ingredients with optimal bioavailability. All of our blends are non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, and free from artificial colorings – clean and functional
For optimal results, we recommend daily use as part of your personal ritual. Electrolytes are suitable before, during, or after physical activity. The collagen blend works best when taken daily (morning, midday, or evening), with visible results appearing after 4–8 weeks. The matcha drink is ideal for a morning ritual or an afternoon energy boost, replacing coffee or other energy drinks.
Yes, all of our products are suitable for vegetarians, and both the electrolytes and matcha drink are suitable for vegans. Our products are low in carbohydrates, contain no added sugars, and are compatible with a keto diet. They are also suitable for people with diabetes, as they do not significantly raise blood sugar levels. The collagen blend contains hydrolyzed collagen and is therefore not suitable for strict vegans. Before consumption, we recommend consulting a physician
