Activate the monthly subscription On the product page, you will find the option “Monthly Subscription –10%”, where the price is automatically reduced. Select this option to enjoy your discount. 3. Complete your order At checkout, enter your payment details using your card. Your first monthly order will be processed immediately. 4. Manage your subscription with ease After your purchase, you will receive an email inviting you to create an account. From there, you can manage your subscription at any time: adjust delivery frequency, skip a delivery, switch products or cancel your subscription. Yes! You have full control. You can change quantities, reschedule deliveries, skip a shipment, or cancel your subscription at any time — with no fees and no commitments. Simply log into your account and select “Cancel subscription.”

No. There is no minimum commitment. Your first order is shipped immediately, and after that you can fully manage your subscription according to your needs.

Each month we introduce different surprises, which means gifts rarely repeat. All subscribers receive a special gift with their first delivery. Delivery is free of charge for your monthly subscription only for Bulgaria. Charges for international deliveries may apply according to address/area/region.

Pre-Orders: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or will be available soon but is not yet in inventory. We may collect payment immediately, collect a partial deposit, or store your payment method and charge the full or remaining balance at a later date when the product is ready to be fulfilled. You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled; however, you may request a full or partial refund. Payments for subscriptions are processed exclusively via debit or credit card. Your payment details are securely stored by a certified payment provider, and you will be automatically charged for each recurring delivery. ❗Cash on delivery is NOT available for subscription orders. PRE-ORDERS When you purchase a product as a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is currently out of stock or not yet available. Once fulfilled, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
